Hygiene and Health Regulations 

Due to hygiene and health concerns, we maintain a strict policy regarding opened or used products. For the safety and well-being of all our customers, press-on nails that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Unopened/Unused Products 

We accept returns of unopened and unused press-on nails within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, the products must be in the same condition that you received them, in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will offer a return or exchange in these cases.

Return Process 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. You will need to provide your proof of purchase and may be asked to submit photos of the product’s condition. Our team will guide you through the steps to return the item.

Return Shipping Fee 

Please note that a return shipping fee of $7 will be applied for all returns, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply in certain cases.

Exchanges 

We offer the option to exchange products in case of an issue with size or style preference. Please contact our customer service for assistance with exchanges.

Custom Orders 

Please be aware that custom-made press-on nails are uniquely tailored to your specifications and, as such, are not returnable due to their personalized nature.
